I loved marvellous breakfast, breathtaking views.

I booked a deluxe king room with television, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making machines. The location was nice for walking around Mega Silk Way.

The rooms they have were fairly quiet and exquisite with a balcony as a feature, amazing view and a very comfortable bed. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Sphere. The roof top bar was executive, greatly enjoyed this place.

I liked its responsive and professional employees.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel television. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop bar was a plus.

The accommodation was charming, pool was excellent, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Sphere. And it was also not far from other Hilton's.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely come back there. Unbeatable and PERFECTly comfortable location close to Silk Way mall, met our needs. It was also near other Hilton's and EXPO and Conference Center and expo center.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with temperature control and all plug types. Impressive lobby and 9th-floor restaurant with quality steaks. Nice breakfast with kumys and chicken sausages. Spa center with saunas, gym, and swimming pool. Welcoming staff and early check-in.

The hotel was in a favourable location not far from other Hilton's and a great shopping mall and Close to the expo and expo and airport. Rooms with a very comfortable bed had a quiet atmosphere.

Had facilities needed in my triple room, including a safe box, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge. The beds were comfortable and the view was incredible. Location: the hotel was near to Conference Center, Hilton Astana and other Hilton's.

During our recent stay at Hilton, we were truly impressed by the gorgeous interior and amazing design of the hotel. Every part of our experience, from the breakfast to the location with its stunning view towards the Expo, was more than excellent. We loved the attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the spa zone, which was so relaxing and peaceful. The executive lounge provided a great space for work, with tasty snacks and drinks available. And the view from our room, overlooking the EXPO ball, was truly inspiring. we had an excellent stay at Hilton and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was marvellous with variety of food. The location was marvellous, for example, The Sphere was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. It was located in a great area right by Close to a great shopping mall and EXPO and Kazakhstan.

The location of the hotel was magnificent - at a medium distance from The Sphere. We were provided with the a twin room and the breakfast was amazing,.

Spacious rooms, excellent spa and pool, stylish decor, impressive views, amazing staff.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was well-priced and offered great amenities, including a balcony with a fantastic view. The staff were attentive and the service was impeccable. The location was not right in the city centre, which I actually preferred as it was quieter and more peaceful. The bed in the room was so comfortable that I had a wonderful night's sleep. And the breakfast spread was delightful, especially the delicious smoked fish.

All was fine, no major issues encountered.

We loved the amazing view from our upgraded big room and the warm pool. Great spa facilities and free, big parking were also positives. The staff, especially GR, were lovely and helpful. This hotel is conveniently close to the Expo area.

There was nothing we didn't like.
